How we work?
Step 1:: Task Definition & Specification. This is done together
with the customer. We write the specification (understanding),
the
customer has to confirm it (commitment to his requirements).
Step 2:: Implementation of the client requirements
with weekly progress reports.
Step 3:: Test & Delivery of the ready to use software.
Step 4:: Second Level support only (we are developers not a help
desk)
